Sogeti Kick Off 2020, Cannes, FranceTuesday 21 January - Wednesday 22 January This years kick Off will take place at the Palais des Festivals and accommodation for the group will be held at the Intercontinental Carlton Cannes Hotel.Please arrive into Cannes on Tuesday 21 January no later than 11:30am for an arrival lunch at the hotel and arrange your departure from 16:00pm on Wednesday 22 January (once the meeting has concluded).
What is the meeting dress code? Please dress in business casual attire. How will my travel expenses be paid? Please book your own travel to Cannes, plus expense your onward travel from the airport to the InterContinental Carlton Cannes Hotel. Accommodation arriving Tuesday 21 January and departing Wednesday 22 January (one night) during the event will be covered. Any additional nights, either before or after the meeting must be settled by individual expense.Departure airport shuttles will be arranged. What about other expenses? All other additional incidental expenses (for example mini bar, laundry etc) are to be settled on individual account.Who books my accommodation? Accommodation will be booked at the hotel based on travel dates supplied and confirmed upon the registration of the attendee. Please do not make any separate arrangements or contact the hotel directly. Are there any restrictions on flights? Yes. Please note that there is a restriction imposed by Capgemini Group, that no more than 25 employees are permitted to travel on one single flight. This will be enforced by travel agencies, so we encourage you to book your flights as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding. How do I access the Sogeti Kick Off 2020 App? Further information on how to download the Sogeti Kick off 2020 App will be communicated shortly. How do I get to the hotel? The InterContintental Carlton Cannes is approximately a 30 minute drive from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport. Please arrange your own airport onward travel to the hotel, taxis are readily available outside the airport and cost approximately €80 to the hotel. Departure shuttle transfers will be arranged for your return. What are the power requirements in Cannes, France? For France there are two associated plug types, type C and type E. Plug type C is the plug which has two round pins and plug type E is the plug which has two round pins and a hole for the socket's male earthing pin.
