Event summary
The second edition of the
“Americas’ Deposit Insurance Forum” hosted by
Fundo Garantidor de Créditos - FGC in
2017 will be held at the
Grand Hyatt Hotel in the city of São Paulo, Brazil, on April
24-26.
The content of this event, which will have a participative
nature, such as the first edition of this forum held in April 2016,
will offer a view on issues related to the Latin American Macroeconomic
Environment, Legal Amendments and Modifications on Regulatory and
Resolution Frameworks for Deposit Insurance Systems, Provisions for
Contingency Funds and the Evolution of Public Awareness of Deposit
Insurance Systems in the Americas.
There will also be keynote speakers and institutional addresses
from several local and international organizations as well as
simultaneous translation (Spanish/English) which will be provided in
every session.
Additionally, regional meetings for the Caribbean, Latin
American and North American Committees will be carried out during said
week as well.
