Let’s kick off the year the right way by enhancing our understanding of how we can bring value to our customers and make sure we are energised and ready to drive success for our customer types in 2019!
You should know from your email what day/s you will be attending and if accommodation has been arranged for you. If you are travelling some way then you may need accommodation for Sunday evening too. This has not been arranged for you and you will be expected to make these arrangements. It is suggested you book any further nights for the same hotel and any details of codes for preferred rates can be found in your email if applicable.
Finally, make sure you bring along your iPads for use in the sessions and to take notes – space at the venue is limited so please avoid bringing laptop bags and luggage as much as possible into the forum.
