"Padri e Figli" a Illegio, Tolmezzo (Udine)

La mostra si compone di sessanta dipinti e sculture dal quarto secolo a.C. al secolo scorso, provenienti da quaranta collezioni d’Europa.
Scopriremo cosa significa per gli esseri umani diventare padre, figli e figlie.  Un percorso emozionante sulla dolcezza dell’amore che si prende cura di chi ancora non sa camminare, nella prima stagione della sua vita, o non riesce più a farlo nell’ultima.

"Padri e Figli” (“Fathers and Sons”) that is held at Illegio, a village close to Tolmezzo in the province of Udine.

The exhibition is composed of sixty paintings and sculptures dating back from the 4th century B.C. to the last century, coming from forty different art collections throughout Europe.
This exhibition is aimed at showing what becoming a father, or being sons and daughters, means for a human being. It is an emotional journey through the tenderness of love that takes care of those who can’t yet walk in the first season of their lives or are no longer able to do it in the last one.
