The prestigious gastronomic initiative Dining with the Stars is back for the 4th edition featuring an award winning chef in a very special location.
On The 11th of September, Andrea Aprea, executive Chef of the Michelin Star restaurant Vun of the hotel Park Hyatt Milano will be the special guest of THE VIEW Fine Dining. Guests will be delighted as they savor his signature gourmet dishes.
To accompany the special dishes of the evening will be the Tamborini wines produced by Claudio Tamborini and the 3rd generation of the family, his nephew Mattia Bernardoni Tamborini and his daughter Valentina. A leading figure in viticulture and enology in Switzerland, Claudio Tamborini was named Swiss Winemaker of the Year in 2012.
