Attendees are expected to stay for the full duration of the event and not to leave the meeting earlier without prior approval from Anis Chenchah, CEO - Business Services, Capgemini.

What is the dress code?

Attendees can dress in business casuals.
 
 

Do I need a visa to enter Orlando, Florida?
If you are a passport holder of one of the 38 countries eligible for the Visa Waiver Program, you will require an ESTA to enter Orlando, Florida. To apply for an official ESTA, please follow the instructions on the official ESTA application website.

Please note, if you are an Indian passport holder you will need to apply for a business visa. Currently the processing time for a US business visa is 8-12 weeks from the time an employee submits all the documents as per the requirements.

The current approval rate of a US business visa for Indian passport holders is around 60%.

Who will incur my travel expenses?
The cost of your accommodation on Monday, 27, Tuesday, 28, and Wednesday, 29, January will be covered by the event budget. The remaining nights should be expensed through your BU in accordance with the Capgemini Travel & Expenses policies. Any additional night stay expenses that constitute a personal stay, either before or after the event, should be settled by the individual before departure. Flight costs are covered by each BU project code.

 
 

What about other expenses?

All expenses (e.g., mini bar, laundry, etc.) are to be settled by the individual on departure and will not be reimbursed by Capgemini.
 
 

Who books my accommodation?

All attendees will have their accommodation booked at the hotel based on the travel dates mentioned on the registration page. Please do not make any separate arrangements or contact the hotel directly.
 

 

Are there any restrictions on flights?

Yes. As per the Capgemini Group policy, the maximum number of employees travelling by a single flight is limited to 25 employees. We are working with the local travel agents to ensure that this limit is strictly adhered to. This means a flight of your choice might not be available if it has already reached the maximum limit. We appreciate your understanding.

All flights are to be booked via the Egencia portal as per the Capgemini Travel Policy. For more information on flight bookings, kindly refer to the Capgemini Travel Policy.

 

How do I access the BSv Kickoff 2020 app?

How do I get to the hotel?

The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes is located about 15 minutes from the Orlando International-Airport. Please arrange your own transportation to the hotel. Departure shuttle transfers will be arranged for your return.
 

What are the power requirements in Orlando, Florida?
For the USA there are two associated plug types; type A and type B. Plug type A is the plug which has two flat parallel pins and plug type B is the plug which has two flat parallel pins and a grounding pin.

 
 

What if I have a special requirement that contradicts with the points stated above?

All deviations from the above mentioned rules need to be approved by Anis Chenchah, CEO - Business Services; please share your concerns with Nouha En-Nabty.
