Welcome to the 2020 IBSA USA National Sales Meeting.
We look forward to seeing everyone at the IBSA Pharma National Sales Meeting, scheduled for January 21-24, 2020, at the Hilton Las Vegas Lakes. It will be informative, fun and a great opportunity to meet with your colleagues.
Travel Parameters: You will be responsible for making your own flight arrangements for the National Sales Meeting. You may arrive on Monday, January 20th, at your leisure, throughout the day. All tickets must be issued by December 20th at the latest.
The meeting will start on Tuesday morning, at approximately 8:00am, no morning arrivals are permitted.
For arrival ground transportation from the airport to the hotel, please use either Uber/Lyft or a cab, whichever is most cost effective.
For your departure on Friday, January 24, please schedule your return flight for 4:00pm, or later, as the meeting is scheduled to end at approximately 1:00pm. A group transfer to the airport will be provided
Hotel Reservations: Once you have registered, a hotel reservation will be made for you. You do not need to contact the hotel directly. Please note, any pre or post meeting stays, unless authorized, will be at your own expense.
